A working meeting with experts from Seoul National University, Cho Young-tae and Kim Do-yoon, was held at the National Bureau of Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event brought together the Bureau's leadership, Deputy Director of RSE "Information and Computing Center" Nauryz Baizakov, and specialists from the Center for Demographic Analysis and Forecasting.

During the meeting, the international experts shared insights into demographic challenges related to low birth rates and population ageing. Participants noted that South Korea's experience is, in many respects, comparable to the demographic processes currently taking place in Kazakhstan, creating opportunities to adapt effective solutions while taking national specificities into account.

Representatives of RSE "Information and Computing Center" presented the activities of the Center for Demographic Analysis and Forecasting and discussed current demographic risks and future development prospects with the international experts.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to further strengthen their partnership and maintain regular exchanges of analytical expertise.
